PERSONAL TRAINING

Fit-for-purpose work-out programs designed around your individual fitness goals and schedule.  You are provided with one-on-one attention to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits of each exercise and an extra motivational boost to help keep you on track.  Semi-private training available for groups up to 4 people.

Nutrition training will provide you with strategies that will facilitate the planning of tasty and nutritious menus, supporting specific individual goals.

Training may be designed and delivered at the convenience of your home, gym, office or private fitness facility.

GROUP TRAINING

Stay motivated and eliminate the guess work when exercising in one of our group training sessions.  Join one of our existing group sessions or build your own team with friends, family or colleagues sharing common fitness goals.

Our group sessions are focused on strength training, muscle toning, weight loss, flexibly, injury prevention, kick-boxing fitness & kids classes.

One-on-one fitness & nutrition coaching for people looking for results.  Monthly package includes personal fitness and nutrition sessions, fitness program design, nutrition plan, goal setting, assessment and weekly check-ins with your personal coach.
